On September 29, 2016, Mr. Tõnu Mets, the guest lecturer for ICT Litigation, Digital Evidence, Computer Forensics, and Cyber Crime in the IT Law Programme, will take part in a panel discussion at EVIDENCE Final Conference that focuses on Digital Evidence.

On September 29, 2016, Mr. Tõnu Mets, the guest lecturer for ICT Litigation, Digital Evidence, Computer Forensics, and Cyber Crime in the IT Law Programme of the University of Tartu, will take part in a panel discussion at EVIDENCE Final Conference that focuses on Digital Evidence. EVIDENCE Final Conference will be held in the premises of the Hotel NH Den Haag (The Hague, Netherlands) during 29-30 September 2016.

EVIDENCE Project is focused on bringing together different stakeholders - including policy makers, LEAs, associations of judges/bars, prosecutors, lawyers, forensic experts and forensic associations, governmental organisations, civil society and academics - to collectively share knowledge and experience, think together about issues, decision-making, and practices, and develop recommended ways forward on the issues of Digital Evidence.
