Course "Autonomy of Law II: Dictatorships compared" will be held on 8th and 15th of October
The topics of lectures hold by Thorsten Keiser are „Autonomy of law and dictatorship“ and „Private law during German national socialism and Italian fascism- research methodology“. His lectures will be introductions to the short reports from the participants of this course and overall discussion about the topic of „Indications of dictatorship in the history of Estonian private law (from the second half of 19th century until 1944)“. Everyone who are interested are welcome to come and listen and participate even if you do not want to take part of the course.
On Saturday, 15th of October the second part of the course „Autonomy of Law II: Dictatorships compared” will take place in Iuridicum Tartu, Näituse 20, room 114. The course will last from 10.30 to 17.00 (pauses included). During this course lectures and seminars are held by prof. dr. dr. h.c. Jan Schröder from University of Tübingen. He will talk about “Methodology and the history of it” and also more specifically about “Legal methodology in national socialistic Germany and in the German Democratic Republic”.
