Detsembris on kõigil huvilistel võimalik tulla kuulama karistusõiguse Jutlat kahel päeval: 9. detsembril ja 16. detsembril.
Jutlad toimuvad Zoomis.
Reedel, 9. detsembril toimub lausa kaks kohtumist, kus arutatakse Riigikohtu kriminaalkolleegiumi viimatiste lahendite üle.

Friday, 16 December at 14:00–15:30 (EET)
The seminar starts with a presentation and is followed by discussions. The presentation will deal with the transition in 2018 from the ‘use of force’ to the’ non-voluntary nature of the sexual intercourse’ as the central defining feature of the crime of ‘rape’, as well as the new offence of ‘negligent rape’. The seminar will also address the concerns that defendants’ rights have been weakened in the aftermath of the law reform in 2018, reflected by an increase in the conviction rate for rape. The presentation will be also incorporate the changes made to the rape provisions in 2022.
