Admission to Doctoral Studies in Law Begins in May

In May 2022, admission to doctoral studies in law has been announced as follows:

  • applying with your own topic. Admitted students will work as junior research fellows at the University. The estimated workload is 1.0 and the estimated time period is four years.
  • applying to the research topic "Public administration vs public procurement: legal aspects of a "make or buy" decision (supervisor Mari Ann Simovart)". The study place linked to this topic does not have a junior research fellow position. Read more about this topic.

Doctoral thesis project must be submitted with other requested documents in DreamApply application system by 15 May. Please see requirements for the doctoral thesis project. Online entrance interviews take place on 30 June 2022.

Application deadlines:

  • 1 – 15 May international applicants in DreamApply
  • 1 – 15 June Estonians and international applicants graduated in Estonia in SAIS
