The purpose of the event is to offer all students the opportunity to participate in various career-supporting seminars that help plan their future and develop skills. This event is brought to you by the University of Tartu's Futulab, which is an environment supporting student development and career. In addition, students can find various internship and job offers on the Futulab website.

The Careerroute begins with the seminar "How to kick-start your career", which will be held in English from 15:00 to 15:45 in room 1037. The workshop will be conducted by Karmen Tigas and Artur Kamberg. Crafting Your Unique Brand: The Power of Personal Branding (In English)

Signe Ventsel's personal branding training is aimed at developing a personal brand, helping participants understand and express their uniqueness in a professional context. The training focuses on analyzing personal strengths, values, and distinctive features and using them consciously to advance one's career and business. Participants learn how to create and communicate a clear message that supports their goals and reflects their authentic personality.

Conscious development and design of a personal brand help individuals achieve their goals and outcomes – whether it's obtaining a new job, improving one's reputation, selling services/products, increasing visibility of one's expertise, growing as a leader, or as a person. How can artificial intelligence be leveraged for personal benefit in daily life and career? In the seminar, Kalev will discuss the impact of artificial intelligence on everyday life and career, offering strategies and tips on how to turn technological advancements to one's advantage. The seminar will explore how artificial intelligence may bring changes to the job market and how to successfully adapt to these changes.

Kalev will help to evaluate AI impact on your career and how to outsmart an AI to still have an awesome job. Kalev will show some practical magic, how to simplify your life using AI and guide you to test out some tricks during the session:

At 18:45, DJ Georg will heat up the atmosphere in the Delta Centre with the hottest beats. Get ready to dance, network, and just chill in the relaxation area. It's going to be an unforgettable evening!

DJ Georg is a House DJ with over 5 years of experience in mixing, honed at DJ School. He has had the opportunity to perform at venues such as Meat Market, Õllesummer, Tallinn Craft Fair, and many more. Additionally, he has showcased his skills in various restaurants in Tartu and events like Careerrave and sTARTUp Day. In Pärnu, he has entertained crowds at MONA Venüü, Aloha Surf Center, SunCity, Gastronoom, and Miami Lounge, not to mention numerous private parties with 50+ attendees.

He is also actively involved in street dance at JJ-Street, where he has been learning and honing his skills for 8 years, bringing a lively energy to his performances.
